HOW DID WE DO THIS?
I began by undertaking an audit and SWOT analysis, where I discovered Twinzz were marketing to the wrong people, and that we needed to reposition Twinzz as a premium brand. I then developed a Marketing Strategy detailing how to grow new audiences on digital platforms within key markets, with a goal to driving traffic and online sales.
I hired a team to implement SEO, PPC and Paid strategies over 3 months.
Together we optimised the site and ran PPC and paid ads across Google and social platforms that educated customers, generated new leads, and boosted brand awareness. By using data to optimise the strategy and targeting to our new segmented audiences.
